It depends on where your entrants are. Short answer: you should keep AMOE on for any campaign that accepts US entrants, most EU/UK entrants, Australian entrants, or Japanese entrants. Canada requires the skill-test conversion described in the Canada skill-testing article.
Meet Your Fan's default is AMOE-on for every country. If your campaign is restricted via allowed_countries to a single jurisdiction where private lotteries are explicitly legal (rare), support can assist — but this is a legal-review path, not a self-service toggle.
