- Alcohol. Only in countries/US states where delivery to consumers by a non-licensed party is permitted. Most commonly handled by restricting the
allowed_countriesto a subset and pairing with an at-delivery ID check. - Firearms. Not on Meet Your Fan. We do not support firearm prizes at all.
- Cannabis / CBD / THC products. Not on Meet Your Fan. Federal US law still treats these as controlled, even where state law differs.
- Tobacco / nicotine. Not on Meet Your Fan.
- Prescription or regulated health products. Not on Meet Your Fan.
- Travel / flights / accommodation. Yes. These are frequent meet-and-greet components. Above-threshold prize value may trigger state sweepstakes registration.
- Cash. Yes, paid on-chain in USDC. Not recommended above local AML reporting thresholds without legal review.
