Whether a paid entry can be refunded depends on where the campaign is in its lifecycle. There are three stages:
- Before the campaign ends. You can request a refund of your USDC deposit, minus the network (gas) fees required to process it on-chain. The refund is recorded on-chain.
- After the campaign ends, before the draw. Entries are refundable only if the influencer cancels the campaign. If they cancel, your entries are refunded; where a refund to your original payment method is not possible, it is issued as platform credits.
- After the draw. Entries are non-refundable — the campaign has concluded and the draw is final.
Free mail-in (AMOE) entries carry no charge and so are not subject to refunds. Network fees charged by the blockchain are never refundable, as they are paid to the network rather than to MeetYourFan.
