These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MeetYourFan. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

MeetYourFan is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it, and you must provide accurate details and keep them updated.

2. Payments & Credits

If you make purchases, you agree to provide valid payment information. Credits and entries may be subject to limits, verification, or fraud checks.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access other accounts, scrape data, exploit payments, or upload illegal or harmful content.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

5. Sweepstakes Rules

No Purchase Necessary to enter or win. Campaigns hosted on MeetYourFan may constitute sweepstakes governed by applicable laws. Void where prohibited. Participants must be legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction and meet any age requirements stated in the campaign's Official Rules. Winners are selected by random draw from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Some jurisdictions impose additional requirements: for example, campaigns open to residents of Canada are run as a contest of mixed chance and skill (a skill-testing question), because a pure random draw with paid entry is not permitted there. Entries and payments are permanently blocked from jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions).

6. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter any sweepstakes campaign without making a purchase, you may use the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter via AMOE, hand-print your full name, email address, and the name of the campaign on a 3" × 5" card and mail it (one entry per envelope) to the P.O. Box address listed in the campaign's Official Rules. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the campaign end date and received within seven (7) days thereafter. Mail-in entries are subject to verification and must comply with all other requirements set out in the Official Rules. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.

7. Content & Submissions

For campaigns that accept fan-submitted content (for example, contest entries), you keep ownership of what you submit. By entering, you grant the campaign owner only the licence expressly described in that campaign's Official Rules — for example, the right to display a winner's submission in the campaign recap — and nothing beyond that scope. Any further use (such as a paid advertisement using your name or likeness) requires your separate, affirmative consent. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to anything you submit.

8. Data Processing

MeetYourFan processes your personal data to operate the platform, facilitate campaigns and sweepstakes, process payments, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations. We rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (account management and transactions), legitimate interests (platform security and fraud prevention), consent (marketing communications and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and regulatory compliance). Your data is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Your GDPR Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction covered by GDPR-equivalent law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
